What are the dimensions

Is this switch intended to be used with the full windlass supply current running through it? How many terminals are on the back?

NO! It needs to activate a solenoid that is designed to handle the current. I am not at the boat but I think there are three terminals on the back, one being common.

Can this switch be installed on the bow next to the windlass, in addition to the windlass switch already on the helm?

It's not something that I would do as it's not a weatherproof switch. On my boat, I've installed a handheld, wired remote at the bow. I believe that's the more common path taken.
