Renew the way you . . . walk, stand, sit, jog, etc.
This t-shirt if you will has been extremely helpful. As one who has a winged scapula, this t-shirt helps in reminding how to have good posture. Now, it's not a corrective shirt, so you still need to realign yourself and work to maintain good posture. I like to think of this shirt as a piece of clothing that just says, "hey, you are slouching, letting your shoulder rise too much, etc." Overall, for the price, it is actually a good buy.One complaint: I hate wearing it on the warmer days because you can't really hide it. So if you want to wear short sleeve shirts, polos, etc. you either need to just face it that the sleeves of this will show or go without during that time of year.

HORRIBLE SIZING!
HORRIBLE SIZING!!! I am normally between a L and XL, got the 3XL, yes THREE XL and it was TOO SMALL!!!!!All their product generally run too small, 1 to 2 sizes

Too tight, design flaw
Extremely tight under armpits, I ordered the right size but it's just too tight to wear under armpits. It would be a great idea if they had one without armpits.

You may not like it
Seams on back of shirt are very uncomfortable and shirt is not good in hot weather it does not breath very well. The product does what it is advertised to do however very uncomfortable.
