Great vitamin C. Easy to swallow.....no stomach problems from it

We are very big on our vitamin C in our household however I feel like this is a bit much. I know the body will rid of the excess vitamin C in the body so their are no adverse effects and no harm is done. Pretty good value price wise so I would order again and maybe just take 1 capsule a day.

My husband takes C on a daily basis so I get this product for him. He hasn't had any problem. The capsules are standard size with no taste or odor. They are fresh and these expire in May of 2026. The bottle is large and dark and is mostly full, which I like. They seem to be working okay for him.

I only take 1 of these capsules (recommended dosage is 3) and find that it suits my needs for Vitamin C perfectly fine. It's high quality, fast absorbing Vitamin C that doesn't give me weird side effects or issues, and I feel I'm getting the immune support that I need. The cost is on the high side, but I'm willing to pay more for high quality supplements.

I needed to get more vitamin C in my diet and these are doing that. I've never tested the flavor of one of them. I just swallow it whole with a cup of water.

Each serving of 3 capsules provides 2167% of Vitamin C Daily Value. That seems high to me as Vitamin C is also available naturally from fruits and vegetables. It is good that excess Vitamin C usually is passed out by the body with no adverse side effects. So maybe 1 capsule is sufficient per day?
