Book was a great read helped facilitate that we all have strengths and weaknesses

Got it for school. I actually really love the quiz and results that came with it. Lots of great info on leadership styles and how to pair teams.

This book/test show you what your strengths are and how to use them to your advantage.Focus on your strengths, not your weaknesses.

I haven't received a code for the test, which it said it came with, so I am annoyed by that. Otherwise an interesting read.

I purchased this for a leadership class I was enrolled in and after taking the self-analysis test included in the back of the book was surprised at how on-point the results were! It's a fast and easy read but the content is so impactful.

It’s a good book that provides you with an access code to take an online assessment. Learn about the type of person you are.

I bought copies for my management team because I know this to be a great book and process for individual and team development.But the versions Freyja's Book Store sold us were useless and a cheat.We each found that the sealed envelope at the back of the book that contains the access code to the online test had been opened and the code already used - rendering it irredeemable online. Wasted time and effort :( Feel cheated.Buy this book, but not from these people.

When I went to use the one time only code in the book it was not accepted by Gallup. They said that the code had previously been used. Not good when I paid nearly £40 for this book. Luckily they provided me with a new unique code.
