Both flashlights were stuffed with 18650 batteries upon arrival. No big deal, except the springs on the inside were bent and crushed to the side. When I tried to turn on the flashlights with charged batteries they were DOA. I managed to adjust one of the springs and get it to work while the other spring fell out due to awful welds on the spring. The spring landed in my hand and gave me multiple spring shaped burns across my hands.Here's the thing, these flashlights have amazing potential. The quality is pretty great and they're VERY bright. It blows my mind they would skimp on the spring construction like this.Very dissapointed. Will be returning these.

Not impressed at all with this item. It arrived with the storage box broken (plastic very brittle), one of the AAA battery holders was broken in the box, and worst of all one of the flashlights was not operable because the battery spring was not attached, just rattling around inside the flashlight. I returned it with no problem, which was good, but these are not made well and I would not recommend purchasing them.

One flashlight arrived broken. Looked inside and found the positive contact spring was not even present. Looked in the other working flashlight and saw that the contact spring was bent, which seems like it may break sooner since the battery is replaced often.

The flashlight seems to be very solid, very bright, nice and small compact to fit in your pocket on the go, good charging system, very pleased so far, very good all around light.

Everything came on time and what not. When gift was opened we put the flash light together, and one of the springs that hold the battery in broke off. so i am going to have to contact seller to maybe return it unless i can fix it my self.Other then that the flashlight are SUPER bright and very durable.

One of the flashlights is broken. Seems they have a problem with the spring inside the body which is supposed to make contact with the battery. The case was also broken, a chunk of it was gone. This is the third item I've received from AMAZON that is pretty much junk. I may be looking for other ways to get products in the future.
