The locking system has plastic inserts inside of safe. Also it is not fire prof only the small bag that comes with the safe. All dials are plastic on the outside. The add makes it look like a fire 🔥 prof safe but not at all. Very cheaply made flimsy.

Although the weight of the this safe box is not that heavy, the outside metal is very hard, tested, fire resistance, and it's big space, I could put A4 sheet documents inside. NICEeeeee……

Locking bolts are only on one side and I could get into this with not much effort, but hey, its better then a coffee can. I think they are made out of the same stuff... still for the money its not bad... may want to upgrade to a more secure safe if you need that rock solid security . This is a very entry level box for sure.

It should be a 0 rating. It was delivered with chips on the paint. The battery door was broken. That nice gold diamond plate on the inside is just paper. No seal on the door. Water and flames can go rite inside. That lock box on the inside is made of plastic. Please check my pics.

Our safe showed up earlier than expected but box was half destroyed due to lack of packing products to securely transport object of this weight. Back of safe was cracked allowing light into most secure part of the safe. That being said I understand that this product took unexpected damage in transit but its that weak even wrapped in some foam and cardboard? I believe I could break into this safe with a swing of a hammer and screwdriver, the exterior handle is made of cheap plastic and was so loose it almost fell off. Returning and not exchanging that's forsure don't try and save 100 bucks when it comes to a safe. I will be purchasing usa made safe as well this is from good Ole China 🇨🇳 👎

The interior was plastic and had already broken in some places. The small safe on the inside was made of plastic too and could easily get ripped out. The exterior had holes in it meant for mounting to a wall but could easily let water in.
