GREAT PRODUCT!!! Very quick delivery, and great extra helpful email materials sent as a bonus! This kit is great for those both avoiding ketones and encouraging ketones (diabetes vs. low carb diet), and it has 12 color variations that show a much more accurate level on the test strips from early morning urine samples. If you are on the low carb diet, keep in mind that after 8-10 weeks, your organs can absorb the ketones and show a false negative. But after 8-10 weeks, you should be able to have figured out what keeps you in ketosis, so the strips are still valuable. And, if you take a short break from the diet, then your ketones will show up again. Great product
I really like these test strips. I'm using them as positive reinforcement while I transition back to a ketogenic diet.The one thing I really like about these test strips is the fact that I do see a shade of pink. I drink a lot of water and found with others strips my test would come back negative. With these I do see a bit of pink. I had a few weeks where following my plan was not an option. The strips read negative. After a few days of eating right, they were back to a shade of pink.Their customer service is incredible! I didn't know there was a messaging area. I was pleasantly surprised to see additional information waiting for me.

What great product support!!Her strips are super easy to read and the color chart is extensive, and big enough to compare the strips, not like some others I've ordered ( and threw away)..You won't be disappointed with her products and the support she gives you.I will neve look to replace her products with any others

Impressive! A super high quality deal!
As an RN, I am totally impressed with the Nurse Hatty Ketone Strip Kit. The kit comes packaged in a neat little bag, with a very detailed pamphlet and color coded chart. I recently started following a keto diet and these arrived on Day 5 and whoa I was thrilled to see the strip turn pink! The educational material is very easy to understand even if you do not have a medical back round. The bonus strips are very generous too, and I love the little foil protective pouches. The price is very good- the best bang for my buck that I found in my research. Simply put, super impressed with the quality of this kit. It is so obvious that Hatty cares about quality and upon opening the box it is so well organized and complete. I have already told several keto buddies on where to order these.
