Really bad for staying repaired when used
I had an iron on denim patch that I put on a pair of jeans at the knees and washing never removed any part of it. I used part of one of these white patches to iron onto a small tear on the hem of a white top sheet. Put it on exactly as I did with the denim patch. First wash the corner of the patch started to come loose (I glued it down with a fabric repair glue that worked on other things). Second wash one half of it came loose. Third wash it is almost completely off. I do not sew! So I have decided to repair it with the denim patch after the next wash (what the heck - I am the only one that ever sees that top sheet and I am asleep most of the time I am under it). I guess I could try and find a place that could sew on the patch the first of all there are no such placed where I live and secondly it is not a cost effective solution (yes - I know you are saying to find a kind lady that could sew it but a lot of those 'kind' ladies no longer have sewing machines.)

This fabric patch worked great
I used the patch on a spot that wore through on some expensive bed sheets, where my feet apparently rubbed the sheet thin. (I've never had that happen before.) This patch was large enough to reinforce the area, and was not so stiff that the sheets are uncomfortable. I put it on the underside of the sheet where it would be less annoying that directly against your skin.It adhered well and I am quite pleased with it. Seems like it would be good for many uses.

great repair
Had 2 fitted sheets that tore at the foot end. In the summer, my feet can get pretty rough from bare feet use...so over time, sheets wore thin. I bought this to repair both, rather than replacing expensive high quality sheets. I was skeptical but figured that it was wore a shot. Soooooo glad that I did. These worked exactly right for using on sheets - which was amazingly non-scratchy. And they've held up thru several washings. So worth it to repair with this!

Tough: it does the job, just what I wanted!
I live where it's really cold, and I need warm slippers. I was gifted some amazing slipper socks, which I love--however, it took only three months before there were holes in the heels. So I used the Bondex to fortify the heels. I sewed patches on because they were intended for hard wear. The slipper sock in the photo has been subject to very hard wear for a full year, and it's still going strong thanks to its Bondex fortification.

Does what it says.
My wife is using the patches in small sections for repair of a family heirloom hand made quilt. The white quilt backing fabric is deteriorating to the point that the individual tie yarns have pulled though it in a number of places. The small sections of white iron on patches provide inexpensive fabric strength needed locally to support replacement ties, at least on a temporary basis. When enough patches have accumulated, she will replace the entire backing, but until then this is a quick, inexpensive and effective way to protect the quilt from further deterioration and keep it in service.

Durable patch
Patched my worn duvet cover perfectly. Will last a few more years now. I’ve washed it 3 times and it’s held up.

Easy to use
This was to close a rip in a bottom sheet. It's beginning to curl a little at one end, but it's in a place that gets a lot of scraping (at the feet).
