Having been a professional seamstress for decades, I have used a steam iron nearly every time I work. The new Prado X3 is one of the best ever! It presses well, gives sufficient heat and doesn't leak or drip unlike the leading iron I used for years. The black color is different but doesn't affect the quality of the iron. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade a steam iron!

I recently purchased a Prado Steam iron after returning a top of the line Steam Iron because it was very heavy. I like the ease of using the steam button and the nice job it does. My only wish it were better comment is the water reservoir (which uses tap water) was a little easier to see the water level--but the iron is a very classy slick black. Also, if I didn't like the product which I do, the box it arrived in was most elegant.

Iron was good, however the cord was to short. Every time you started to move the iron the cord would come unplugged from the wall.

Slow heating up, I am a quilter and since I use intermittently there is a lot of waiting.Good steam but where water is put in is hard to use especially if the iron is hot. The cover over the water fill spot is cheaply made, if it is suppose to be attached I broke it just opening it. The Prado does not feel as heavy as I thought the weight and price would make one assume it would be.

Very nice packaging. However, as soon as I took it out of the box and plugged it in, the iron never turned on. So I essentially bought a $60 paperweight. I will be returning it back.

I decided to try The Prado X3 Professional Steam Iron after reading the reviews. The packaging alone was most impressive. It is an all black, lightweight iron with a sleek/modern design. It has different settings with strong steam burst that lasts. So, yes, I would recommend this iron.

Great iron for all of your basic, everyday needs. And it doesn't look like a Power Ranger. Very efficient.

The packaging reminded me of opening up a new iPhone....BEAUTIFUL. Very light weight, heats up quickly. Love the steam function. Wish it had a retractable cord...that would be the only thing lacking.
