These seeds have become an indispensable part of my sprouting and microgreens routine, and they've exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of these seeds is exceptional, and the 1 lb quantity provides an ample supply for continuous sprouting and microgreen cultivation. The packaging is sturdy and resealable, ensuring the seeds remain fresh and viable for an extended period. What truly sets these broccoli sprouting seeds apart is their richness in Sulforaphane. This powerful antioxidant has numerous health benefits, and I appreciate that these seeds offer a convenient and delicious way to incorporate it into my diet. The sprouts and microgreens have a delightful, fresh flavor that enhances salads, sandwiches, and various dishes. I've noticed consistent and vigorous sprouting with these seeds, resulting in a high yield. The germination rate is impressive, and the seeds are easy to work with, whether you're using a sprouting jar, tray, or another method. Not only are these broccoli sprouting seeds a fantastic addition to a healthy diet, but they also contribute to a sustainable and cost-effective way of growing nutrient-rich greens at home. It's a joy to witness the growth process and enjoy the freshness of homegrown microgreens. In conclusion, if you're passionate about sprouting and microgreens and are looking for top-quality broccoli sprouting seeds, this 1 lb package is a must-have. I'm addicted to broccoli sprouts to heal neuro damage from the forced shot to keep my job!
I have to be careful how I word this as c*ns*rsh*p is the new normal. I was SEVERELY damaged by a medical procedure I had to endure to keep my Federal Government job in September. I now regret it and should have let them fire me. But, anyway, I have major neurological and connective tissue/muscular/joint damage at 23+ weeks post procedure. This includes memory issues and severe pain. When I learned about sulforaphane and how it can help heal neurological damage...and that broccoli sprouts contain a huge amount of it, I bought this company's bag of seeds along with some much more expensive local seeds (I was impatient for the shipment) and a sprouting jar weeks ago. The pain is still really bad (and I'm getting stem cell therapy at almost $1,000/month) but I "think" my memory is improving...although I struggle a little to think of the correct word, etc. But, beyond that, I have fallen in love with broccoli sprouts! They are ADDICTING! I need to buy more jars so I never run out. Reading some other reviews here, I do think that putting 1/4 cup into a jar is too much. Many of the seeds don't sprout and get wasted, so I may need to use a smaller amount. Also, one reviewer mentioned that distilled water works better. Thank you to all of you who have posted helpful information. I'm a long term vegan, but have gone back to a mostly raw diet to try to heal the major damage after 9/21/2021...and I think I'm on the right track. If you do not know of Doug Evans, look him up. He truly feels that sprouting can save the world!

ok
I didn't have good success with these, but will try again. For some reason they molded quickly. Great germination rate.

First Timer and beyond
This is the first time that I've ever tried broccoli spouts/microgreens. I am new to this experience and was not sure if I would like. I made the investment is in the seeds, trays and coco coir and wow...they were amazing. I am hooked! The flavor was phenomenal. Would purchase again.

Easy Sprouting
These sprout really easily. I need to dial back how much I'm putting in my jar because they grow pretty fast and fill it up tight. Good sprouty flavor that I add to rice bowls. Will continue to purchase when I run out.

Must’ve gotten a bad batch
I use a homemade setup consisting of clear plastic take along type food storage trays, shaped stainless steel screen, wire rack, with top and bottom led lighting for the greening. The increased surface area on the screen and tray as opposed to more traditional jar methods provides much better air flow and less compacted growth. This also allows for higher planting volume and has eliminated the dreaded fermentation that would occasionally pop up from previous setups I’ve used. Usually turn about 6 tablespoons of broccoli sprouts a week and use them for everything in place of lettuce. Another brand I was using always had a high 90’s percent of seeds that germinated simultaneously. After 3 runs with this batch I can honestly say I’m disappointed with the germination rate as a full 1 out of 5 of the seeds have been slow to germinate that’s over one tablespoon of seeds out of six that have to be put aside and given more time or just discarded when the majority of the rest of the batch is ready for dehulling and the lights. The expiration date is marked as 2024 but maybe the seeds are older or sourced differently than the other brand. Either way … A bit disappointed with this brand.
