Good product, do you have drywall?
The quality of this product isn’t super high, but it looks good and does what it’s supposed to. I like it. The only issue I had was my wall isn’t drywall and didn’t have any space for the wiring in the wall and there’s no space in the box area of the light to put the wiring into. Had to make modifications to make it work. Still I like them, worth the purchase.

Excellent Customer Service Experience
The performance of this product is great, once you get it all paired up. The instructions could be a little clear but there is support to help in the sync process if necessary. There was a longevity issue but the company has definitely stepped up to make it right. The customer service is excellent.

Love these
Everyone that sees these love them. The bluetooth control, if you want to use it, is challenging but works ok. The lights themselves are awesome!

No remote
I didn’t realize when I ordered these that they didn’t come with a remote. I downloaded the app on my phone and created an account - all that jazz. They became disconnected multiple times and they were annoying to keep reconnecting. I also tried to download the app and logging in on my kids phones but it wouldn’t allow more than 1 device to be connected so only 1 device can control the light colors. I returned them and purchased some that came with a remote.

Versatile
I put these lights over my sink and adjusted the brightness to low since they are right in front of my face. They are perfect. I am looking forward to Christmas when I will change the color one to red and one to green. Very easy to manipulate the brightness and color. And the brightness and color remain where you set it when you turn the lights on or off at the light switch.

Doesn't connect to app
The light is bright and it looks nice, but this thing is so wacky. No matter what we do, we can't get the app to connect to it. There were no instructions - just a Q code for the app. The troubleshooting references an on/off switch, which it doesn't have. I havemt seen any colors, and its just a really bright nightlight that never turns off. Not pleased!

Great lights but
For the life of me I can’t get these synchronized with iphone or alexis. It’s 3way power (2 wall switches on/off). I’ve had other Chinese C/S interactions and have been impressed but this one was hadminimal response.
