Very sturdy side handles makes carrying this large pot a snap. The handles also stay cool while cooking , still use oven mitts when handling any hot pot. I love the coating outside and inside the pot. Great for soups, beans and chili. Heats food evenly.

I needed a new non-stick pot for just about everything I make, soups, pasta, etc. It's an attractive looking pot that seems to be sturdy and hope it lasts a long time. However, even though the metal handles don't get hot as one might think they would, the rim of the pot does and I have burned my arm twice when reaching over the pot so I have to more aware of that. Also the metal handle of the glass lid was loose and my husband had to tighten it. That could have been a potential hazard if it became any looser.

Very solid pot, cleans easily and stylish too

The metal of the body of the pot is thin aluminum. It has no layer of metal on the bottom of the pot for even heat distribution. If you bang a spoon against the top edge of the pot it easily dents. If you need a pot for pasta, soup or boiling and steaming this pot fits the bill. It's overpriced given the quality of the materials.

Not sure but inside of pan is very rough not smooth finish and makes it a little harder to clean some sauces
