I started buying these when I started my last job back in 2016 and I am still buying them today. They taste good and give you a big boost. There is a little crash if you drink them too fast, but if you drink it over the course of a few hours there is no crash.If you are sensitive to energy supplements, do not drink these too quickly. I drink either coffee for one of these everyday and even I get the shakes if I drink one of these in less than an hour.

I drink this product everyday and truly wish it was still in my grocery store and a lot of times on sale! I love it though! Excellent flavor!

Perfect for that mid day slump.

I didn't have a water bottle so I mixed the teas in an insulated glass with a lid. The instructions advise to shake gently which I did expecting to have a lot of undissolved powder. Amazingly it was completely dissolved.The only negative I experienced was drinking a little too many glasses so maybe I should be buying the family sized canisters but the stix are so convenient. I'll eventually figure out what works best and in the meantime I'm burning through my stix.

I love these and they never have the tea or lemon in the store..so these are twice the price but I’m okay with paying more for what I want. I got all tea instead of at least a few lemon.

If you're looking for a quick boost without having to pay almost 4 bucks for an energy drink this is it the workplace vending machine killer there's energy drinks that taste better but these flat out get the job done
