Great product. A little bit pricey. I love the flavor. It’s time to order a new one. I highly recommend it.

Many years ago a research scientist recommend this product. She said it was the best and easiest to absorb by your body. I have used it for over 8 years with good results on toleration. I mix it with my water as the level my body tolerates well. IYKYK. You have to figure out what your body wants and then stick with it. The directions will be right for most people but it can also be tailored to your personal needs. Much better than taking magnesium in any other form in my opinion based on my usage.

This product is great. Helps me sleep and helps hot flashes.

Taste terrible. Not their fault, just bad taste

Not sure why Amazon made me edit the original review - it was positive about the product.I'm using the Orange Calm for mild leg pain. It's been working well and has also helped with anxiety. I did start out with using 1/4 tsp per day and worked up to the full 2 tsp. It dissolves easily in both hot and cold liquids. Tastes great!

My nutrition specialist calls this a girls best friends, for lots of reasons, also helps with men as well. Calming muscles, stress and allowing for better sleep. Orange is my favorite flavor, it’s not too subtle but also not too much. Goes well with teas as well.

First impressions review:I’ve been struggling with restless legs and cramping over the past year. I’ve tried stretching, creams, epsom salt baths and physical therapy with little to no success. I received this item 3 days ago. So far, I’m very impressed. My legs are relaxed. I’ve also noticed it’s helped my GI issues. I’m happy with it. I plan to buy it again!
