83yr old dad loves it can use it really easily and he's not technology minded at all haha. Love the sos button on it to contact family in emergency.

Got this phone for an elderly gentleman who can no longer use a smartphone.Pros:Nice form factorEasy to use, just flip it open to answer call and close it to hang up.Cons:The sound quality is awful, it cuts out or garbles constantly when on a call, it's almost impossible to have a conversation as the person you have called can't hear half the conversation. It happens once every 20 seconds or so and lasts for about 2 seconds. This is nothing to do with cell signal strength, it's the phone itself that is janky.Not good when the pensioner is relying on it for emergency services.The charging cradle is a bit temperamental. Can be fiddly To get it seated so it starts charging.To be honest it's not fit for purpose so in the bin it goes.

At present having what appears to be a quality of product issue. Will continue with further tests. Testing alongside a Samsung product.

Liked everything about it the clear sound big screen, very good for the older person ,very happy with it
