Got rid of my flaky nose & helps my oily combo skin! Amazing stuff!
I love this! I've always had very oily skin with big pores that flaked around my nose and made my make up look awful.. even when I exfoliated or used my clairisonic cleansing brush I could never get rid of it... until this!!! Now I realise how misinformed I was about not using oil for oily skin.. it was oil I must have needed all along! My skin is smooth! The flakes have gone & it all looks so hydrated even my chapped lips are better! Great u can use this as both a cleanser AND a moisturiser too. All natural! Perfect! Lovely smell! U don't need much either so I feel mine will last ages.. I put a little on my fingers, rub them together then apply to a DRY face and rub all over in small circles.. then using a Muslin cloth soaked in hand hot water place over face for about a minute then use it to rub in small circles off the cleanser. It won't sometimes even need moisturising but if it does, add tiny amount as a moisturiser too. Thank you to whoever made this (the sticker on bottom says made with love :) )

Better than the top-end brands
Before I bought this product, I had been using a small pot of Elemis cleansing balm that I got for Christmas for my skin-cleaning needs. It lasted a good three months, but when it came to replacing it I saw it was going to set me back £40 and that does /not/ work on a student budget. I shopped around for another balm that contained a similarly high-quality list of ingredients with a nicer price--tag and Lyonsleaf had good reviews.Honestly, it's as good if not better than Elemis. If you personally like using cleansing balms then this is a brilliant buy. I apply it morning and night and rub it off with a flannel, and it leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturised. It's also brilliant for taking off makeup. It smells nice, is easy to use, and I find it's a much better alternative to the myriad of face washes I've been using on my spot-prone skin for years. I purchased this nearly two months ago and I don't think I'm yet to use even a third of it.Whether you're new to cleansing balms or you've been using them for years, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a go. It feels strange at first to be covering your face in oil (I have oily, spotty skin - why would I want more oil on it??) but it melts off dirt and doesn't leave a residue. The fact that you're no longer totally stripping your face of its natural oils as you would using an SLS-containing face wash means your pores will over time stop overproducing oil to replenish it's 'lost' coating every day. Using this in combination with rubbing it off with a flannel also provides gentle exfoliation that I find much more effective than microbead-containing washes - which also happen to be atrocious for the environment.

Its a life saver for acne prone skin
I am in love with it. I have suffered from acne since I was 13. I have tried pretty much everything I could lay my hands on that mentioned it could help acne prone skin. Most of the acne products do some good but are quite drying for the skin.My mum promised the acne would wither away once I am past my teen age. I am 33 now. I have skin on the oilier side. It has its good days and bad days. To be honest, I was very sceptical before using it as it looked quite greasy. But, it has worked really well for me. I have been using a proactiv plus face wash with salicylic acid in the morning followed by their pore treatment and hydrator for about seven years now. Initially it was Proactiv and then I moved on to Proactiv plus. I used to use the proactiv plus 1,2,3 method morning and night, it did not seem to be helping my skin much alone. So I was on a look out for something more natural and organic that can help. I read this wonderful review about this organic beauty balm from someone with a similar skin type and decided to give it a go. I am very pleased I decided to take a chance at it. I use this at night before going off to sleep. I remove my make up at the end of theday as usual. Put on some balm onto my fingertips. Rub it well on the face. I then soak up muslin cloth in hot tap water, rinse and put on my face for few seconds and thats it. It is very gentle to the skin, cleanses very well and you do not need to use any moisturiser after that. My skin is quite spot prone, this has definitely helped, I can see the difference. It is very pleasant smelling with all organic ingredients!!

Works well with my skin but makeup not easy to remove
The media could not be loaded. The balm leaves your skin very soft I have to say that. But i would not sell it as a cleansing balm. More a general balm for moisturizing. It does not really break up the makeup as I would have liked it. It does not slide off you as I have had experienced with other balms.....disappointing but I kept it as a great moisturizer!
