8 inch Damascus Santoku Knife Premium 67 Layer Japanese VG-10 Stainless Steel Chef's Knife

The knife is crazy sharp like shaving sharp. You can shave your arm hair with this knife with ease. My wife has already literally accidentally shaved off the edge of her nails and came close a few times shaving of her nail polish. Also knife is nicely weighted I think my wife thinks it's a bit heavy but again I think it seems like good quality. Time will tell how well it holds a edge.

I could not determine where this was made, but it cuts well and holds an edge. I am very happy.
