Nova Art Explosion 600,000 ClipArt

I don't know what this guy is talking about my experience with this company was great!! I broke one of the Cd's a month after I bought the program. I called tech support and had a replacement within a week. GO NOVA DEVELOPMENT

Wasn't no where near the product advertised no book which is the main thing for the use of the program if you hadn't had the product before your wouldn't know I did

Love the nice crisp clean graphics. Its perfect if you need just clip art. Would have given a 5 star rating but two disc came warped. Talked to amazon and their best fix was a $10 credit. No sure if I got that. The company that sold it through amazon told me that amazon owed me $10. The manufacturer said it was to old to replace. But was willing to sell me the latest a d greatest WITHOUT a discount. To bad its a great product. Customer service not so much

I'm a novice with software and this was too dang hard to find the picture on the correct CD!

I have bought this product for 1 year. When I received it, I found one of the cds is broken and email them for replacing it. After 4-5 months, I emailed them almost 10 times and what I got were few auto-reply mails and 2 insincere mails from Mr. or Ms. no name. Yes, NOT ANY cd was sent to me! It's really a very terrible experience I got! Cause the same problem I have had with another company--I got another broken cd from Hemera. They were responsible for sending a replacement cd to me soon via international express. That impressed me! Ha! These 2 companies are so different!!!
