My wife and i have started doing step aerobics as a way to keep fit in our retirement. Step can be adjusted to a higher level if required and they seem sturdy enough to me and my 13 stone frame, been using for almost two weeks now and no complaint. Also a rubber type mat is supplied if you need to put step on a hard floor. Overall good value for money

This is bigger than I’d imagined and so for me storage is a problem but the item itself is good quality and functional.

Does the job. Just check the length as i thought this was longer.

Small, but sturdy, workout step. It's perfect to have it for home workouts. Easy to prepare and to put it away. I recommend for beginners, but if you're really into fitness/bodybuilding and stuff, maybe get a bigger one, but this is happy to have at home. Overall, I'm very happy. Also happy with packaging and delivery

Used for my mum to help her get into bed.Now not used to getting in bed it’s in garage for now.But generally used for steps.
