Maxam Fixed Blade Hunting Knife Set – Full Tang - 6 Inch Skinning Knife & 7 Inch Caping Knife -Includes Sheath - 2-Pieces

I had the opportunity to use this knife set recently. Both blades are sharp right out of the box and work extremely well. My only complaint is the gut hook is dull and doesn't work very well. Overall it is a good little set that does a good job and sets nicely in your day pack.

Took this on a deer hunting trip and was just what i needed. Works great for field dressing a deer.

Great knife set. The knifes come very sharp already, no need to sharpen. They fit the hand well and seem to be very well made. The clips that hold the knives in are kinda cheesy and dont seem like they will hold up long

Held a very nice edge works great

Bought these for my dad for Christmas, he loves them and uses them more then the others he has. They are on the smaller size but he loves that about them.

Very nice cheap but works good

Stabbed the middle of my hand when the skinning knife cut open the sheath, and then came up and ruined a nice jacket of mine. I didn't notice, and slung my palm right on the tip of the blade getting out of a chair, leaving about a 1" gash in the middle of my palm.Needless to say, they're really sharp - but beware of exposed blades.
