I was concerned about getting a second battery for my Panasonic Lumix camera that was not a Panasonic brand. I read that the factory brand was the only one that would work. A friend ordered these and they worked perfectly, so I tried it. I couldn't be happier. The kit was delivered to me before I expected it and it works fine in my camera. The charger could be used in my car or plugged in to a house outlet. Very versatile!

Generally these sort's of accessories are an unknown because you never think of running low on battery in the middle of a family outing or holiday, but believe me, you do.I don't care if they rate one digital camera as having longer battery life than another - they all drain quickly - and I was able to have the spare charging in the car and swap it out with the flat one in no time at all.This kit works beautifully, it charges fast and the spare battery lasts as long, if not longer than the original.And they threw in a screen protector and microfiber cloth for good measure.Very pleased!!

I bought this for my new Panasonic DMC ZS-19, and I couldn't be happier. Everything that was advertised was included in the box (charger, travel adapter, battery, cleaning cloth, screen protector). As I bought the camera and this kit for my upcoming trip to Europe, I was thrilled that they included an adapter for plugging the charger into Euro sockets. Very thoughtful. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the battery included here is of a higher capacity than the one that was included in my camera. I had trouble applying the screen protector with the tools they supplied, but I have NEVER been able to apply a screen protector properly, so I'll blame that on my own error. Not much more can be said, but if you have a compatible Panasonic camera, this kit is for you. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Received all items as described. Only have two issues about this order. The screen guard that comes with the package contained only two pieces instead of three as printed on the package. And the battery charger indicator glows green (meaning fully charged) but when put in the camera, the indicators indicate less than full charge. Am better of charging the battery using the camera's supplied adapter.

I was used to the battery kits for my other Panasonic cameras as they came with the camera and very convenient. Also I would have a spare battery for them. I just couldn't imagine plugging the whole camera in for charging and once I got the DMC-ZS20 I tried it just to be sure and didn't like it. Plus I still would want a spare battery. So I began my search for a charger kit & battery and this one from Butterfly Photo turned out to be great. The charger, battery, lighter adapter, and euro adapter all came in one package branded by a well known lens maker! I also received the cloth (you can always use those!) and screen protectors. I received everything way sooner than expected almost as good as Amazon's prime shipping.

Second experience with Butterfly photo and glad to report that this second purchased exceeded expectations as did the first. The level of quality belies the prices, since the majority of the included accessories are Vivitar brand and first rate. Shipment is fast and I highly recommend doing business with Butterfly as we will continue to do so as the need arises. We purchase many camera accessories on-line. Butterfly Photo is at the top of several others who have provided satisfactory or excellent service. As noted, the quality of the battery and charger is first rate and they have served us well. Both product and seller are highly recommended.

Use it all of the time

I was very pleased with my purchase. The battery and charger work great! I was even able to use the charger to check the charge on a battery from another camera. The cleaning cloth and screen protectors were an added bonus since I needed them anyway. I haven't tried the car charger yet but that is a great option for me as I like to take photos while on long road trips. Definitely would trust this seller with future purchases.
