In our house we take Elderberry when we are traveling. I also take it daily just as a Vitamin C and Zinc supplement to boost my immune system (as recommended by my Doctor). I do suggest talking with your own medical provider before starting any new supplements. The gel capsules are easy to swallow, have no discernable taste and I am satisfied that there are no "unexpected" ingredients.

These are great
Anytime I think that I may get sick or Something I take one of these and I woke up extremely better the next day and that comes from a fully grown adult that has an immune system of a child

Easy quality immune booster.
We like to keep an all in one supplement like this around to make sure we can fight off colds and bugs that pop up through the year. We’ve found this one to be as quality as we can tell with having not got sick for quite some time.

Wish we had these supplements sooner!
This is a supplement that had everything we were looking for! I had severe allergies that was starting to feel like a bad cold and no allergy meds seemed to be helping. I took these for 3 nights at dinner and felt so much better - on the third full day, my allergies and congestion were pretty much gone. Will keep stocking up on these especially as cold and flu season approaches.

Great supplement!
Love this product! I have purchased and taken these five ingredients separately in powder form or from other brands before. I have to say that I am glad that I decided to try this brand! It is convenient to take 2 pills with me everywhere I go and I feel great when I take them. Will continue to buy this brand and take them daily.
