Really good quality oil. Not overpowering at all, excellent price, and makes my mouth feel very clean. I am having a periodontal disease flare up and trying to nip in the bud by oil pulling after brushing in the morning. So far it’s been great and very soothing on my gums.

Taste is awesome, I enjoy it in the morning. It is a small bottle though, so I’m going through it quickly

This is a bit thicker than the kind I usually purchase. It has small chunks of coconut in it. It does leave the mouth feeling better. I just prefer a different brand.

I keep this oil in the kitchen and do it every morning while making my kids' lunches. I had a few teeth that were very sensitive where I was almost ready to call the dentist to make an appointment (only for them to say well let's keep an eye on it). After using for about a week, all the sensitivity was gone! A few months later at my dental checkup, the hygienist said there was absolutely no plaque and essentially nothing to clean! She asked what I had been doing "new" and I said oil-pulling. She was skeptical but the proof was right there.I think it's important to research how to oil-pull correctly. I've found a lot of conflicting information online. I oil-pull, spit in the trash, rinse my mouth with celtic salt water, spit in the trash again... then brush my teeth to make sure I get all the bacteria out that the oil-pulling did. I hope that's right! Either way, it's helped me tremendously. If you're wondering whether or not to start, definitely do it!

This is the first coconut oil for pulling that I have used that DID NOT make me gag. Odorless, tasteless, very easy to use. I only use 1 tablespoon and find that it is enough. When followed up with tongue scraping and tooth brushing, you will be amazed at how clean your mouth feels ! Plus, it does help with keeping your teeth white and has also helped my gums !

So, I bought this wanting to combat bacteria in a more natural way. This product gives me the cleanest mouth feeling ever. I know that sounds weird, but you'll see what I mean once you try it. I will be reordering this and always keep this in my bathroom.
