AnkŌ Itosu. the Man. the Master. the Myth.: Biography of a Legend

I just bought my copy of the book and actually let me tell you that I am greatly impressed by all the work there is in it. As I read through it I realize how the background preparation must have been huge. I am very happy knowing more of the man and the great martial artist that was Itosu. This helps me building bridges in my own understanding of karate. Thank you very much to share this passion with us Mr Feldmann.

Für alle die tief in der Geschichte graben wollen und mehr über die Legende Itosu wissen wollen... gut englisch Kenntnisse sind vorraussetzung lässt sich jedoch gut lesen.

Sehr gute Quellenangaben, wissenschaftlicher Anspruch. Trotzdem gut lesbar. Grundlagentitel zur Geschichte des Karate. Empfehlenswert.
