Didn't have any hopes for this item but gave it a chance based on other reviews. Having needed emergency dental treatment recently I wanted to take a supplement that would support my teeth and bone health. I didn't expect it to make me feel happier mentally, as I often experience low mood and anxiety. I believe the magnesium (and other ingredients) are key in the increased wellbeing. I've significantly reduced caffeine and sugar intake which I believe also contributes to better dental and bone health and therefore, feel this product is really supporting my new found respect for oral healthcare as well as mental healthcare. Only started taking for the last ten days and noticed the effect immediately, in terms of low mood and anxiety. Hope you find this review helpful.

I was already taking zinc, vitamin C, D3 and magnesium daily so when I saw these I thought I would have a look at the other ingredients to see if they would benefit me. I had never heard of MSM but when I read about it I wanted to try it, here is what I discovered about it:It’s a sulfur-containing compound found naturally in plants, animals and humans. It can also be produced in a lab to create dietary supplements in powder or capsule form.MSM is widely used in the alternative medicine field and by people looking for a natural way to relieve joint pain, reduce inflammation and boost immunity. In addition, research supports its use in treating a number of conditions from arthritis to rosacea. Oh, and its full name is methylsulfonylmethane. Sounds ideal for me.Silicium was another ingredient I wasn’t familiar with, so I went and researched that too and found it was good for boosting immunity, good for skin and nails, for cognitive function and for heart health.After reading that I decided I wanted to try these. I take 2 in the morning, no need to take my regular separate zinc etc. They are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste.As well as being good for recovery and performance they are also great to help support the immune system with winter approaching. They work out at 80p per day so not bad value.

These large capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste or after taste. I have decided to start taking care of my bones and joints as well as my immune system as I am well into my retirement and feel that my body would appreciate some help. Of course it takes a while to see a difference however I am taking them from a supportive and proactive point of view rather than wait to be diagnosed with a condition and then try to reverse it.Orgono Living Silica haven’t used GMO ingredients so a huge plus for that and they haven’t used ‘unnecessary additives’ but that doesn’t tell me whether they have used gluten or wheat and that is something that I need to know as my partner is a coeliac and would like to take them when I order it in the future.At the current price of £ 29.67 for 100 capsules, at the recommended dose of 2 capsules a day provides for 50 days, working out to 60 pence a day for this excellent preparation. They really have included all the essential vitamins and minerals for healthy bone, joints, cartilage and immune system.The best before date is 03/2025 so the container I received is very fresh. I had very fast delivery.

This is a brilliant, brilliant supplement - it is worth every single one of the two thousand nine hundred and sixty seven pennies.It is stacked full of things that will build your immune system, strengthen your bones and cartilage, reduce inflammation and increase cognitive function. Amazing capsules.I will say, though: if you're already taking zinc, just make sure taking these, too, won't mean you're taking too much: you don't want to mess around with zinc because excessive amounts will make your stomach feel dreadful.Basically these supplements are a bit of a catch-all - if you didn't want to buy all the component parts, these would be a brilliant one-stop thing to take. (They're just missing turmeric, Irish sea moss and apple cider vinegar... throw those in, too, and they're borderline miraculous!)So they're not cheap, no, but they're absolutely brilliant, and I wouldn't be without them now.

The bottle contains 100 capsules, so around 2 months if you take dose twice a daily as recommended. Considering all the vitamins and benefits contain in only one product, the item is worth for money. Also it is vegan, not common.

I appreciate the fact that this is a vegan supplement and they have used vegetarian capsules. The capsules out of average size and easy enough to swallow. You get 100 of them and if you stick to the recommended dosage of two capsules daily then this will last you just under two months. It is a nice mix of ingredients to support your bone cartilage and immune system. You get a very long expiry date of around 3 1/2 years from the time of ordering so plenty of time to use. It is quite expensive at almost £30 although I don’t mind paying a slight premium for a vegan product.
