I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for years, and found that kinesiology tape is the only thing that relieves the pain and helps me heal. Of course, trying to find tape that stays on the bottom of sweaty feet (especially while playing hard in cleats) is quite a challenge. All kinds of KT brand and normal rock tape would fall off, so I used rock tape H2O for a long time. But, the price of that tape has skyrocketed, and I was looking for a cheaper alternative. I’m very impressed with this tape, especially for less than half the price of rock tape H2O. This tape stayed on through a full 9 hours of coaching/playing, a shower, then another day of playing (5 hours). It has the same cotton fabric feel as rock tape H2O, and similar adhesive weave pattern. Main difference is that this tape may be slightly thinner, but I haven’t noticed a negative impact on performance.

I've tried several brands and this one actually stays on. Removing it is painful (like pulling off masking tape) but I am willing to suffer the removal process in order to get the relief from what it's actually supposed to do. I was able to swim in it and shower for 4 days without it coming apart, unlike other brands always having to reapply it. I used it for tennis elbow issues.

This tape is a little thinner in quality than others I’ve used, but it is very stretchy!

Works well on my knee. I have phemeral neuropathy and the tape helps keep my knee aligned so I'm more aware when my knee is ready to buckle.

Wayyyyy better than KT tape. It’s what my chiropractor recommended to help offset my baby bump which has been killing my back.It is super adhesive so when you’re ready to take it off soak it with warm water first.It lasts at least 3 days and is water proof. Again this is based on use on a pregnant belly. If I was a hairy sweaty man then maybe it wouldn’t last as long.I have a latex allergy and this did not irritate my skin at all (at least not in my belly). It did pull at my skin when I had my shoulder taped.Make sure when you tape to have two anchors (start and stop points that are not pulled on).

This tape is thinner than the one my physical therapist used on my knee. Based on reviews, I gave it a try. I rounded the corners and ends but it started to roll up on me within a few hours. Trying to remove it was very painful unless it was the rolled-up area. I have red marks left from the adhesive.
