MizunoWomen's Wave Lightning Z5 Volleyball Shoe

I would have loved to keep this volleyball shoe, however, it didn't appear that I could find a women's size 10.5 (as 11s are generally too long for me in the length; and size 10s are too short).The shoes had a great fit, overall, with the way they are made and comform to one's foot; I wentwith the Asics brand instead choosing a size 11 which perhaps might seen short in length, overall, but fit me, personally, fine, since size 11 ran short lengthwise which was perfect for me.

My kiddo started playing with the cheapest Asics Volleyball shoes. After a season we moved her up to the more basic Mizuno volleyball shoe and she loved them. Now we have moved to the Lightening and they are fantastic. The Wave Momentum (the top of the line Mizuno shoe) has a neoprene cuff that won't work with my kids ankle braces. So these are the shoes we stick to. They have a traditional tongue and laces. I'd say a pair lasts about a season-my kid plays year round and we get her new shoes about every 8-9 months. She has tried Adias and Nike and Asics but always prefers the Mizuno. She has slightly wide feet and high arches. She wears a 9.5 in Nike and Mizuno for reference. She feels these shoes give her stability and help her jump a little higher.

I bought this for my daughter since she sprained her right ankle. She loves it! The shoes was very light, comfortable and she moves around faster. She feels like her ankle is protected. She plays as a libero so this shoes definitely a great shoes for her to wear.

These shoes are great! they provide excellent ankle support for when playing and fit very well. I’m excited for volleyball season to start with my new shoes. ~also I usually get size 8-8.5 in shoes but I got the 9’s just because I know Mizuno shoes fit just a little snug.

Daughter requested these for current volleyball season. We had to exchange them for a half size larger than her normal, but I gotta say the return/replacement process was super easy and fast. Dont let the possibility of returning these hold you back. Daughter says they fit and support really good.

Daughter likes her new volleyball shoes very much....claims shoes grip the gym floor effectively and her feet fit snuggly without moving around excessively.
