I often have a need to spray multiple items either with a base coat or with a finish, it's easier sometimes to do this in bulk and less wasteful of materials. This caught my eye while I was looking for a different type of holder and I figured it won't harm anything to give it a try.The plastic base has enough weight to hold it down when spraying, and it has a lot of little holes drilled in it for the posts holding the clips. The posts are a stiff metal that doesn't warp or bend easily and the clips on the ends have a good quality spring giving them a strong grip, even for awkward shapes. Maintenance is a bit of a pain, as cleaning these is essential after spraying for obvious reasons. The rubber or silicon tips on the clamps are thick enough that they will protect fragile items from the metal jaws of the crocodile clips. In most cases I don't use these but for soft or fragile items they are rather essential.A good amount of the clips are provided, all of them pre-mounted on metal posts, the joints sealed with what appears to be a heat shrink cover. This fits tightly and protects the join from liquids, meaning they should have a decent life span with vastly reduced risk of rusting. The tips clean quite easily depending on the pain you are using. As I mostly use acrylics cleaning is relatively simple. It may be more difficult for enamels or chemical based paints.With the large number of holes in the base, it is possible to hold a large selection of items for spraying, which is precisely what I want. So far, this has been working perfectly and does exactly what I expect. I doubt I will need another one any time soon, but if I do, I will not hesitate to purchase again from this vendor.

Few issues with this. The base is very very very light so if clipped parts are not throughly thought through it falls with weight. It falls with blow from airbrush. The second is the base has two sets of holes but the clips only fit in the largest so half are unuseable (see photo) and finally the clips are not moveable or bendy as suggested. The poles are absolutely rock solid so for airbrush not very suitable because you cant bend or rotate the clips to access the other side. It is either front facing or back facing vertically up. Not really the point of this device. It was a good concept but poor inception.

The idea was great, ideal for spraying small pieces keeping them still. However the base I received had to sets of holes pre-drilled, one set were too large what allow the piece to drop over to one side, the second set were too small so the rods would not stand up. I have since re-drilled the smaller holes to the right size making it fit for purpose. A minor niggle now I have made the alterations, so looking forward to putting it to the test next week
