Lots of options out there, but THIS is the ONE!
What I love about this product is that its a bit sturdier than other pocket backpacks I've bought without sacrificing the light-weight characteristic. Also LOVE that it has multiple pocket options for better organization which others lack, including a zipped interior pocket for security and 2 water bottle holders. The tan color offers a more sophisticated, wardrobe complimenting option if you're not planning on going bright-sporty-spice for your entire trip. Also, a great plane carry-on option. Would recommend and purchase again.

Tiny but Mighty
This backpack is lightweight and small but it fits so much! It looks and feels like a nice hiking backpack too, with all the handy straps and clips. It has been so handy while im out and about with my little ones- finally free from the bulky heavy diaper bag backpack! The waterbottle pocket could be deeper for my tall canteen, but it holds it well enough. Works better with my kid's smaller bottle. It's also not structured well enough to stand on its own if you set it down, so it feels more like a sack when its not on. But I guess that's part of the compact feature- If it was structured more stiff I wouldnt be able to fold it down so small and put it away when I'm not using it.

For what it is, very nice
Me: Cranky, 75yo, ex-Marine that's done a lot of hiking, in my younger days, most everywhere. This is a medium-small, very light weight, easily packable, occasional use pack. Seams are well sewn but single stitched (I will double stitch them). It is not designed for heavy loads nor day in, day out use. The zippers work smoothly and evenly. Nice details: Attachment rings halfway up the shoulder straps, height adjustable chest strap, attachment loops near the bottom of the back to work with the adjustable pole/compression straps half way up the sides or to tie on a a rolled raincoat, a pocket inside the main compartment for a water bladder (nonsense-if you really need such, this is the wrong pack for you), side mesh pockets for water bottle and my espresso thermos. Its attached (nice detail) zippered storage bag, inside the main compartment, makes a handy inside pouch for phone, PLB, first aid, etc. The material appears to be a ripstop nylon, fully lined, except the back, with taffeta nylon. No back padding but a thin piece of styrofoam from the trash or a sweater works. Covered zippers and fabric coating renders it water resistant to short, light rain (NO backpack is waterproof; use plastic bags). Beautiful aquamarine color. I like it. Again, for what it is.

It far exceeded it's $20 price!
I bought this backpack because I was flying to Arizona and was going to be dayhiking in Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It folds up to put in your luggage. Once it is unfolded it is just the right size to carry the items you need for a day hike including 2 water bottle holders. The pouch it folds into then creates a nice zipper pouch inside to keep your keys, wallet, etc. Don’t be confused, this is not for any major multiple day hike down into the canyon. It is comfortable enough but not that comfortable or sturdy to carry all you need. It didnt rain so I can't speak to it's waterproofness (is that even a word?). If you are looking for something more or the zipper breaks, or whatever know that you bought a $20 back pack not a $120 back pack. You get what you pay for. I figured when I bought this $20 bag, I would get this trip out of it and trash it but I have used it multiple times since for many reasons and it is still going strong!

Perfect lightweight backpack
Love all the compartments, light weight but surprisingly strong zippers & fabric. I like it so much with mine, buying this for gift. Only wish it came in more colors like blue, orange, yellow etc.

Durable and versatile. 25 liters is the right size for personal carry-on.
We recently used these day packs for a tour of Iceland and they exceeded expectations. We worried about what size to buy as we wanted to use these as our personal carry-on on the plane. Turns out, the 25 liter is the maximum size that will fit in the templates that airports use to determine size. We also wondered about the sideways pockets but that turned out to be a plus with the one pocket being deeper than the other. As for the waterproof aspect of the bags, they kept things dry in a driving rain, provided you have the zippers go to the sides rather than meet at the top of the opening. While you couldn't submerge the bags and expect things to not get wet, they did work for typical Iceland weather. All in all, it is a durable and versatile day pack.

Wish it folded smaller
Its packable, wishes it folds smaller. The backpack isn't too big. Love the pockets but its definitely not waterproof. Left it in my locker and came back a day later after the rain. The rain went through the locker and soaked the backpack. My maxi pads and powerbank was wet. But the backpack itself was ok
