Single-Side Tread Socks-Brown-XXX-Large (Adult Sizes: 13+)

I am SO happy with this product!I like to wear socks with treads around the house; because of a stroke many years ago I have drop foot and slippers fall off my right foot. But tread socks are always way too small, even the ones that claim to be the right size for my feet. I wear size 12W shoes, am tall, and have some edema in my feet and ankles. Until now, every single pair of socks I've bought both with and without treads have been too small and it's a struggle to put them on.Well, after reading a lot of reviews of various socks on Amazon.com, I found that I am not alone. An overwhelming number of reviewers complain that men's socks sizes always run far smaller than advertised. So with that in mind, and for only about a dollar a pair, I decided to try these Single-Side Tread Socks XXX-LARGE. They were delivered today. I tried on a pair (which I am wearing as I write this) and I can't tell you how nice it is to put on a pair of tread socks that ACTUALLY FIT MY FEET AND ANKLES! They are perfect! They were easy to put on and they're snug enough to wear securely without being too tight.I'm going to make sure I wash them in cold water so that they don't shrink. And if the tread wears excessively (as some other reviewers have averred), for only $3.24 for three pair I'll buy more. To me they're worth five times that price. Last night we had our first cold New England night of the season, near 40 degrees and it's cool in the house. These socks are snuggly warm, and with my weak right foot I feel confident in walking in them without slipping.At the same time I ordered these, I also ordered 3 pair of black and 3 pair of white socks in sizes that on the surface would be ridiculously large -- they say they fit feet that wear size 16 to 20 shoes -- and all those socks fit my size 12W feet perfectly also. Lesson learned! I have no idea how the all the various manufacturers can be so wrong about their sizing on so many different brands of men's socks... but I can say with confidence and now from experience: If you wear a size 12 shoe and/or have any type of swelling in your feet or ankles, you'll probably be delighted as I was to find these tread-bottom socks that actually fit comfortably and securely and are wearable.

I live in A Nursing home where they firnish your socks if need be and could never get socks to fit so I went to the internet and orded from 3 different companies and one advertised bariatric size socks and they would not fit my 3 year old niece. I found your company and they looked like they might fit so I orded 3 pair and they fit great and thats all I wear now. Thank you for being what you say you are.

Socks fit very nicely but often slide around and the tread ends up on the side or near the top of the feet.

These socks (XXXL) would not even fit a large child well. We ordered them for my husband who has very edamatous feet from a stroke. They are very long and very tight. The XXL sold by the same company (which we had bought previously) is in fact a much roomier sock. Very disappointed.

The product is poor in quality. Size is not quite correct. Large in reality is s/m. Had to order XXXLarge to get it correct.

I had ordered the X-Large size before but they were much too short, barely going above my ankle bones which felt uncomfortable so they were given to a much smaller person. Based on the fit of those X-Large size tread socks I decided to order XXX-Large. The XXX-Large tread socks fit just right, coming up to about mid-calf which feels a lot better. The material is thin.

My husband has wide feet as well and these socks fit him great. They are really comfortable and hold there shape after washes. I looked and looked for socks that he would actually wear. He wears them around the house all the time. With the tread on the socks he can walk around safe. Great quality and service for the price.

These are great. They fit well over the bandage on my left foot and keep it from slipping on otherwise slick floors. It's also very comfortable. I hope to get some smaller ones later when the bandage is n longer needed.
