STKR ConceptsMagnetic Light Mine Hands- Free Task Light

I was very impressed with the design & concept of this light so I ordered one. Upon taking it out of the package and testing it extensively, I did not fail even once to further impress me! I now keep one in the truck, one in the garage, one in the kitchen (stuck to the fridge, of course) and one in the bedroom. You won't regret buying this light.

I am writing to you, tonight, surrounded by darkness, yet in the light.Like a black velvet shroud, darkness descended upon my neighborhood which only moments before shone brightly from Cedar Trail to Oak Ridge with Christmas lights painstakingly applied this past weekend. It's been two hours now and we're told another three before our movie, so rudely and abruptly interrupted, will continue.Empowered with an excuse, my darling wife dashed for the malodorously scented candles I had sworn I'd watched her dispose of the last time she attempted to subject me to torture by stench-induced migraines. Fearing a relapse, I immediately recalled a recent purchase of this 5-pack of magnetic LED lights I'd acquired for stocking stuffers.Leaping to action, I unwrapped these rare earth beauties, about the size of golf balls, flipped the simple on/off switches and throwing two overhead exclaimed, "Let there be light!" With a clink clink, we were basking under beams of brilliant light from the ceiling fan as if from hovering angels.I'd purchased these with the intention to help me work on our vehicles in our poorly lit garage as they'd easily attach to metal fenders and parts. With a 5-pack, I'd intended to enlighten friends and family to the many everyday uses such as providing a guiding light upon the tangled mess of cables behind the set-top box and DVD player."I suppose I won't be making dinner tonight after all," sighed my dearest, clutching our infant child who'd been alerted by the sudden disappearance of the world around him. "Surely, we can still order pizza," I suggested. With a few quick taps on her smart phone, pizza was on its way. Twenty minutes later, I opined that the driver may have difficulty determining house numbers and as quickly as the words dropped from my lips, I was at the number sign in the front yard affixing another Striker magnetic light.Pizza was delivered without delay and the revelation of the blackout dawned upon the unassuming teenaged driver when I nearly blinded him with a head lamp strapped to my forehead as I signed the receipt (I'd purchased the head lamp from an Amazon affiliate site the same week as the Strikers).With glow sticks hanging from our necks (Also purchased in the same week - I couldn't believe my good fortune!), we ate dinner, entertained our child with shadows dancing upon the wall, and comfortably enjoyed the remainder of the evening together.I found the Striker Magnetic LEDs to be very bright and extremely handy. The magnets are quite strong and the light does not budge once affixed. I experienced none of the problems another reviewer described. The switches on mine were solid and flipped on or off with ease and conviction. I enjoyed using them so much, I am considering purchasing another 5-pack at full price and keeping this first set for myself. As soon as the power returns, I'll upload a photo of one in action.

You can get almost any angle and the light is bright and wide enough to illuminate a pretty large workspace.

This is a nice magnet, but was too large to stick down the drain, which is what I wanted it for.

I expected this to be a bit bigger, it's only about the size of a half dollar. I bought this as a Christmas gift for someone and literally as soon as they opened the gift one of the magnets fell out. I will say the light is very bright though

I bought 4 as gifts, including one for myself. I'm glad I did, because mine came in and wasn't working (one of the ones I gave as a gift has been confirmed as working upon arrival, but the other two have not been taken out of their packages yet. I'll have to ask them later whether or not they worked right away). There are no instructions that come with the light, the QR code on the package gave an error message, and not much popped up on google about this product. Another reviewer mentioned the batteries being dead on arrival when theirs came in, but they couldn't figure out how to change the batteries. I looked on mine and there is a small tab, in the seam where each half of the light comes together. You can push a small flathead screwdriver into that tab and pull the two halves apart. I was worried I would break that tab by pushing on it with the flathead, which is ultimately what happened, but it seems to be better that way. It's a little easier to pull apart now, but it still fits together tight enough that I don't worry about it coming apart when I don't want it to. After replacing the batteries I can confirm that was indeed the problem. Other than the dead batteries, the light is fantastic. It's really bright and the magnets are strong. So far I'm happy with the product.

It's a cute and good gadget but mine wasn't too bright, I ended up giving it to my father, he enjoys it for his basic work he does on his car.The design quality is actually quite good, durable and clever, also if it dropped, it would be fine.I wouldn't recommend using it to replace your work light all though as an lil unique light which can get good angles, I say it's worth the price.

Well how dinky are these things. Gives out an impressive light and magnet is quite strong. Helped me out on a few occasions. Even used to dog walk on a dark night!

Great little bit of kit for lighting up tight spaces use under car and working on the bike too seen reviews slating them saying battery ran out and you can't change it that's incorrect very easy to put new batteries in great bit of kit orderd 4 of them and one big one
