Got this for myself to get into paddle boarding and so far couldn't be happier! Excellent materials, quality and so much to offer for different uses all in one. The included items are just as nice quality as the board itself! The paddle is very strong and reliable, the ankle strap surprisingly stretches out with ease, and the fin inserts firmly yet removes quite simply. Folds or roles up with ease for compact travel! Inflation and deflation are as simple as the turn of a valve and while I did test the hand pump (which is actually a good quality pump) it didn't seem practical in the least sense and bought a reasonably priced d.c. powered pump to take care of inflation to save a lot of time and energy. As such I've only had to inflate to 13psi which I find more than suitable to use for my 6'2" 245lb frame and have yet to top out at 15. My favorite feature is the embedded D rings for use with a kayak seat that I hope to put to use in the future. Mainly use at my smaller local lake that's about 3/4 of a mile long and 1/4 mile wide and yet to have on open waters. But at least the conditions I find there with wind, current, and small choppers that this thing cruises with ease! While listed for "beginners" I would say this board is more for someone with some prior experience ornis looking for a multi-use board. This one may not have been my best option as I am new, but it met my criteria and I have had previous experience on shorter boards that were very simple to find my balance on. This one really seems to require a good immediate center balance and movement by the user to keep them stable. The more I'm paddling the more stable I am. Overall though great board that I hope to get a lot of use and experience from!

Great quality for price! Super sturdy and easy to blow up.

We take them out all the time and so far so good. The fin on one broke and we replaced it. And the paddle doesn’t match. But we don’t really care, it serves its purpose. We did lose a deal for the pump and have to replace that. Over all good for the price we paid.

Got both the Pink and Red (rounded) 10.5. Have used both, unfortunately don't have a photo of the Red one. photo shows second time use, kids love it, hubby loves it (especially the pink) they're very durable and everything that came with it works too!So far so good!Kind of a pain to pump it to 15 psi,if you're weak like me, but hang in there!

Easy to assemble

This paddle board is everything advertised. It was a gift to my 11 year old and she said it was the best present she ever got! We've only taken it out once, but you cannot tip the thing over. We had 2 kids a dog and a bag of supplies on top and it was very stable. Once inflated to 15 PSI, it seems like a solid board. I was pleasantly surprised.The pump it came with did not register PSI so I sent an email to customer service. Within 5 hours, they responded offering a free replacement along with an extra paddle for my trouble! You just don't see companies care about their customers in this amazing way anymore. I would definitely buy another product from this company.

I'm transitioning from a Carbonfiber SUP to an ISUP. This one is great! Taken it out a few times and I'm having a blast. I had an issue with the Guage, but it turns out it was user error! The company was very quick to respond. Gave me instructions to test the pump. And it does work! For those having issues, try the test. Remove the house from the pump, cover the hole with your hand, and try to pump. It immediately moves the Guage. There has to be more than 7 PSI for the Guage to be triggered! Once I hit 15psi the board was great! Highly recommend!

I used it twice in the open ocean and and the second time it started losing air. I found an extremely superficial scratch on the top, toward the rounded edge, and can see the air escaping when I put water on it. It was never banged against anything of any significance (maybe the paddle lightly scraped against it while paddling?). Either way, such a tiny scuff should not cause it to lose air. I’m going to try and patch it (they provide patches but no adhesive) but I’m sure it will pick up another leak given the poor quality.

Board was good quality. The board was also lightweight compared to others. So easier to get the beach.The pump didn’t tell us when it was at 15PSI.We thought it was weird that the paddle was blue. We switched with the one from our other paddle board, which is black. This way it matches the board.Also the paddle does NOT float. It is hollow, so fills with water.We are happy with our purchase.

Magnifique je l'adore

The media could not be loaded.  When I first bought my board I loved it, my only complaint was the bag was flimsy and split the first day.After using my board 5 times I noticed a hissing noise and bubbles coming from around the seal where the air intake valve attaches to the board itself. Clearly a manufacturer in issue as it’s not a well used board yet.I tried to contact the seller via their website email 3 times with no response, the only communication I received was when I contacted Amazon and they connected me to the seller. The seller then had me send video of the leak which I did, multiple videos and was told that I needed to fix it myself with epoxy. I’m not sure about most people but I don’t know how to epoxy repair my paddle board seal and I no longer feel safe to take my board out on the water.Beautiful board which I love but after the faulty seal/bag and then the piss poor customer service I will never recommend or purchase another paddle board from this company. Buyer beware.
