Much needed and very necessary for emotional stability!

After 5 weeks this product has not helped with my hot flashes or menopausal fatigue at all; not even an ounce of relief. The manufacturer suggests to wait up to 6 weeks, but I would assume I would feel SOME effect by now. After 2 years of suffering I am through with herbal remedies. I had more luck with Estrovive than this product, but it stopped working after 1 year which is why I tried this one after reading good reviews. i think if symptoms are very severe as are mine herbal remedies are not going ease the misery. I'm off to the ob/gyn for pellet therapy!

As said in other reviews, I also haven't found the right product for me. I can deal with daytime hot flashes but what drew me to this product was the night support. I don't feel like they make me sleep better. I'm still waking up 2 or 3 times a night. I feel like the hot flashes do not last as long but again I still wake up and lay in bed for an hour before I can fall back to sleep. I'm going to finish out my supply but will most likely move on to something else.

I've been using this for 2 years now. It's seriously reduced all of my symptoms. I had tried several other products first with limited to no results. I know that different things work for different people, but this is worth a try. The only thing that I really don't like about it is that they've done something to the night formula and it literally stinks. When I open the bottle everyone runs away. I wish that they'd fix that problem, but I put up with the smell because it completely got rid of my severe night sweats.

While going through menopause, I was experiencing hot flashes which caused discomfort and sleepless nights, memory loss, dry skin and weak nails. Although I did not have any adverse effects from this product, I did not see any improvement in my menopause symptoms. The night formula did not help me sleep anymore than the magnesium that I was already taking.

As a man, I am the one "going through" menopause. She is the one who is infected with it. Absolute nightmare. I had no idea my air conditioner was replaced with a commercial freezer. There has to be an easier way for a man to help his woman without putting himself in danger. I bought the tablets, but do you have this supplement in maybe a liquid I could sneak into her drink? Or maybe a tranquilizer dart?

I turned 50 last month and I been having body pains and missed my period for couple of months.My cousin gave me this supplement to try it.After taking it for 2 weeks, I started my period and less body pain.So I ordered it more.
