From what I can see on the label, it shows that it is manufactured for Nature Restore in Walnut, CA. Since this does not show the plant sourcing, they also provide this information, as follows: www.NatureRestore.com and info@naturerestore.com. I would be surprised if they do not respond to your specific sourcing questions on one of those two websites since by reading the label, it seems to be a responsible company.

Centella Asiatica Is the scientific name for the Gotu Kola also named as pennywort. The plant leaves are similar to the image in the bottle (but poor graphics). I have purchased the product as shown and the capsules look like other brands. I hope this is helpful.
