Each spice mix is well sealed inside an individual sashay. On each packet are recommendations and instructions on how to use it, which I found helpful and inspiring for planning meals.I first tried the Brazilian street food as I’d never had anything like this before. I simply added it to a mixture in the frying pan which was very easy and quick. I found it had a bit of a spicy kick fused with a zesty like favour, it was very interesting and enjoyable.Then I tried the Mexican. I’m quite used to this style of cooking, but found this particular mixture to have quite a unique taste. It was very mild and tasted more of the garlic and lime. After this I tried the Greek packet and was inspired to follow the instructions and add it to yogurt to make a marinade. It was ok, maybe my least favourite. Finally I tried the Korean BBQ, which is quite rich and spicy. I’m yet to try the Caribbean and Thai packets, but if they’re like the others they’ll be great.Overall I really like this set. They’re great to have in the cupboard either for a rainy day or when your out of inspiration. It’s very quick and easy to work and you get great results with very little effort.
