Very fast and in very good condition
The price was excellent. It starts up so quickly in the morning, makes my old Acer laptop look like a snail. I am a part time student at the OU and this will be perfect for taking to external lectures. And general study and essay writing. I am replacing the old desktop which I built years ago with a new home server so the laptop will become my day to day PC. This is just what I was looking for.

Didn’t boot into windows and wrong charger sent
I received this quickly.When unwrapped it had obviously been well used but it’s a renewed laptop…. so fine about that.When I switched it on it wouldn’t install Windows.Dialogue box saying an unexpected error installing Windows came up. Told to turn off and repeat.That didn’t fix the issue as the same dialogue box kept coming up.I also plugged it in to charge it. The screen flashed up that it was the wrong wattage charger and to use one with the correct wattage.Compuclear’s return policy is they give you a non prepaid label and tell you best to send it tracked.So with the hassle of waiting in for the courier. Time taken trying to get it to work, wrapping it back up, printing a non prepaid label, 3 miles to the post office and £8.19 to post.Can’t understand why it wasn’t prechecked to make sure it booted up and the correct charger was supplied.

Good Laptop and Service
Good laptop for the price and it arrived quickly. Had a battery issue (which can be common in secondhand machines). Seller sent out a new battery which was easy to fit. Am chi one works great.

Excellent laptop !!
I wasn't sure what to expect from a renewed laptop but I am really satisfied with it. Both the look and performance are same as a new laptop but with much cheaper price. To my surprise it came with touch display and was delivered two days earlier than expected. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase...

Don't buy laptops from here!
The laptop was full of malware managed to install avg and bring it down from 53 to 4 viruses/malware the 4 that remain are serious self replicating viruses and are in places antivirus can't delete, my email was compromised and apparently my one drive also,that's what I get for buying a refurbished laptop I guess... Never again I've learned my lesson,What a joke...

Just as advertised
Only had the laptop for a night, and it works wonderfully. Aside from the fact that I can not access emails (which may be a user issue and not a product issue) thus laptop is in incredible condition and works great. I may need to purchase a bigger SSD though.
