2in1 Racing Reed Valve Kit for 32mm and 40mm Intake 66CC 80CC Gas Motorized Bicycle

I've seen many complaints about the mounting holes so ppl, beware and be careful installing this intake on. Make sure you start the bolts by hand 1st. If you need to drill them a little, just do it sober.Also I've seen where they will loosen the reed itself or flip them around. Being careful to tighten them up just so much. I suggest using Locktite blue on both.Lastly, good news about this product: it comes with both sizes intakes. Gaskets are worthy. Allen bolts are durable! Arrived on time a +!Note to engines builder, these aren't for stock cylinders. You really need to drop a3rd expansion port as well as likely open up the intake port

With a little bit of tweaking (getting different gaskets and new hardware like M4 bolts) this reed ran absolutely amazing! No issues at all after I put better gaskets on the mating surfaces and better bolts!

It works but if you know anything about engines then you know you need a windowed piston to go along with the reed valve to get the most power out of it

The holes were not tapped properly from the factory! Just barely tapped. I wouldn't buy these again...

Worked great for me.

One of the 'petals' wasn't completely seated. I decided to pull it and check the surface-found one of the retaining screws completely stripped. I'll have to hack it off and replace the screw. Shouldn't have left the factory that way. Otherwise, looks solid.

I didn't like the fact that the bolts for the reed valve did not have threads in them

Albeit the 19mm intake wasn't the best welding job alot has to be cleaned up, the 22mm/25mm was good, I was satisfied with the product.
