This is my second review and 5th purchase of this product and all my friends and family and most importantly MY HAIR STYLIST has complimented me on my hair growth and healthiness! I HAVE EDGES NOW yaayyyy! My hair is Full and feels sooooo amazing. You cam literally see the ingredients at the bottom of the bottle. I apply it and massage my scalp 3 times a week and I even got some for my mom and her Grey Mane looks BEAUTIFUL! The owner is professional and friendly and accommodated my needs when I needed to place a last minute order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this and allllllll of the TheManeThang products because This THANG Really works!

It smells weird and it makes my hair curly. I can’t get it wet with this stuff every night & massage it in like the directions say. I’d love to see good results, but I cannot put heat on my hair every day. And as a natural curly haired woman who wears her hair straight, I cannot get it wet with this envy night. Like I stated before, I’d maybe be more tempted if it smelled better. But it’s odd. It is not for me.

I was very excited to use this product after reading about all of the great, natural ingredients in it. But, unfortunately, the smell was just too much for me. Granted, I am pregnant, so maybe I’ll like it later! But, for now, it won’t work for me.My teenage daughter, however, has been using it every day and she really likes it. She said the smell is pretty strong at first, but she doesn’t mind it. She said it doesn’t make her hair feel greasy, a little bit goes a long way, and she does feel like she is seeing some new growth around her hair line where she had some damage before!I am giving this four stars because I do really like the ingredients and feel like it is a quality product, and my daughter thinks it is working, but I had to dock one star over the powerful scent.If anything changes with continued use, for the better or worse, I will update this review. Otherwise, assume my positive opinion still stands.

Update: 9-19-22 this doesn't work at all. I've used it for over 2 weeks and I haven't seen any improvement at all. It says to give it up to 3 months but by then you wouldn't be able to get your money back and this smells so bad that I just can't do this for another 2 months.I've only used this twice and I'm only giving this 3 stars because it has a strong smell. According to my wife it's pretty disgusting smell and I agree, I was just making sure she could also smell it. If this works I'll update my review with a before and after pictures. If it doesn't work I'm taking away all the stars.

The crown of my head has been breaking out and my edges have been super dry and coarse due to several reasons including the dry heat out here in Arizona. I just started The Mane Thang drops a few weeks ago and can already see the results on my edges. The aroma from the natural ingredients breeds growth and a healthy Mane. The love and research put into creating such a product is awesome and the price is so reasonable. I highly recommend this product to use on children and adults to get your hair back to LIFE!!

This is my second time ordering this oil and it’s become my fave addition to my hair care routine. The oil is very light weight and the peppermint is not overpowering. My edges and overall hair has definitely improved since using for the 5 months or so 🙏🏾 Pics to comeee

I usually don’t like to review something as early as 3 days after I’ve started using it, because I can’t comment on whether it’s improving my hair growth.But the issues i have with it are annoying me.The smell is awful. It’s like i took root beer, or coke, and put it in a pan, and tried to reduce it to get root beer or coke flavoured sauce, and then i forgot about my pan, and i burned it. It makes me gag, seriously.And it says you can use it twice a day. I have literally been using two drops on the top of my head, and it makes me look as though I’ve dipped my head in a pot of oil. There is NO WAY, i can use this during the daytime, and actually go out, with this greasy looking, stinky hair.I don’t know that i can continue use of it, because of how it makes my hair look following application. I will try to stick to nighttime use, but then i have to wash my hair the following day, and i don’t normally wash my hair every single day, it gets too dry.If my limited use of the product does in fact result in my hair growing, and improving, i will come back and edit my review, but for now, I’m disappointed.I don’t think this is going to work for me, as I can’t follow the instructions as directed.
