This isn't Adidas or one of the other expensive (but often disappointing) brands. I took a chance on this product and am really pleased with it. I use these shoes for Kata training in Karate on a concrete surface. They are excellent at facilitating refined movement on a difficult surface.

Really good shoe. A little on the narrow side but still wearable and very comfortable. Good grip on mats and good toe and side protection for Krav. Only downside is the sizing. I wear 6/6.5 running shoes and size 5 normal shoe - female. Originally got the UK mens 5/female 6.5. Could only just get them on but far too tight. Returned for UK mens 6/female 7.5 and fit perfectly. Returning previous pair was easy and no hassle with refund either - again very quick and easy.

Originally I gave 3 stars, hoping that I could contact the seller and get a replacement for my shoes that shows signs of disintegration in 1 month. But in 4 months they totally fell apart so I gave 1 star. Waste of money.Here is the original review I wrote.On the good side:Generally these could be good MMA/wrestling/workout shoes. Quite well design with good support for the ankles, yet flexible enough for mat work. They are very comfortable. I never had any problems with comfort.On the negative side: it's mostly plastic, so they get smelly fast.The worts part: in 3 months they fell apart. First signes showed in a month. Used them only indoors, only on mat and the left one started to fall apart.I noticed the problems exactly 31 days afert delivery, so I can't return them and the seller doesn't bother replying.If I could get a replacement and they lasted, I would be happy to give 4 or 5 stars.Aftert there months they are barely usable.Topical mass produced , low quality copies.

The sole of wrestling shoes must be soft.Because the sole is hard, it might be dangerous if you accidentally step on your opponent's foot or hand during practice.However, it looks very cool.It also comes with a tape, which is convenient because you can hold down the shoelaces.
