Good length, straight and stretch. I'm 78 and using the green band nightly, and yes, these old muscles are reacting positively. Good product, When I wareout these I'll buy more of the same, but that may take some time

I did not have the issue with mold. I've ordered these twice (first set stolen) both arrived in good condition, stuck together some, with rubber smell (none of this bothers me) some residue powder which I believe was intentional or just a result of the material. I use the small one for warm ups each workout, mostly shoulder. great for lateral raises too I've also used these for squats which was fantastic. Adding to the bar with weights. It dramatically changes the strength curve, basically adds a lot of weight/resistance the higher you go. Ex. the bottom of the movement (most difficult) will have the least amount of resistance and add up to 250 lbs (2 bands at 125 each, not tested) with just the bands at the top of the movement. For me personally I can add the heavy bands to my normal max weight without issue and it feels fantastic. Keep in mind these bands will have to be replaced at some point, don't expect these to last forever. With replacement in mind this price point is very attractive.

Great value

The bands are really great and have a wide variety of resistance weights! The only complaint I have, but it's pretty disconcerting, the purple band came with a residue on it that looked slightly like mold. I put it into our garage sink and bleached it pretty heavily. It should be fine, but it's very unsettling.

I use these bands regularly with my clients to help them with their pull ups. Very sturdy & great value!

The bands were exactly what I needed. They're very durable. The did seem almost melted together, or not fully cured before packing, but it doesn't seem to have affected them. For the price, I'm more than satisfied.

I'm torn on how to rate these, as the price was such that I guess I couldn't really expect too much form this set of bands. It was nice to be able to get a full set for a price for us budget minded fitness addicts. And the resistance initially provided for each color set was pretty good. My BUT in this review is that they've already started to get stretched out after only a couple months of usage. Again, I guess that's probably to be expected at this price point, but I'm still a little disappointed they didn't hold their full tension for a little longer. So maybe they should get a 3.5 rating due to the low price, but I still feel they should get the deduction for not being at least a little bit more durable.

Previously I owned the Drapers brand and after many years of use I finally wore them out. I was hoping these would be a good replacement but I am very disappointed with them. The elasticity is inconsistent and does not provide a resitance throughout the stretch of the material. Don’t waste your money.
