NiteRider 6755 Headlights

Great light, I use it for both City Road biking and for Mountain biking. Plenty of modes (many I don't use) so you can use this light for anything. I love that it's self contained, I never feel like fussing around with mounting a battery pack and the wires that go along with it. Charges easily using a USB cord (the micro usb cords like what most android smartphones use). The OLED screen is absolutely priceless, taking the guess work out of how much battery life is left is such a great luxury, especially on the trails where without light you'll have a long walk back to your car using your smart phone light or the moon (if it's even out).

I like the light, but I'm not satisfied with the brightness at the lowest (longest-lasting) setting, so I've been riding it at night mostly with the brightest setting, and only getting something like two hours of endurance on it. While this is enough for most of the night rides I do, it's still not a very long duration. The middle setting will be used if I intend to push the two-hour mark at night. The lowest setting may seem OK at first, but compare it to how far down the road you can see objects in your path between the low setting and the brightest setting and you won't want to use the low setting anymore.During the day I ride with this in the blinking mode. I believe it makes me more visible to cars that are thinking of turning in front of me from side streets.The mount does seem to rotate just a tad over time so that periodically I'll have to grab the light and straighten it out a bit. I could probably improve this a little by trying to pull the rubber strap one more hole before latching it, or putting some double-sided tape on the bar where I want the mount to go. It is at least quite convenient.Overall I think the light is what they say it is in the advert, so I have no complaints, and it is quite a decent light. I do wish the brightest setting lasted a little longer, but if it did it would probably be a bulkier light. I just wish it didn't require a recharge after either every ride, or at least every other ride, and after every ride if used at night.

With a small drizzle, water got into the screen and now does not turn off

The basic light is great, the rest of the package, *meh*: The menus are not intuitive to navigate through, and the quick-release handlebar grip doesn't grip so well. And at this price, "meh" doesn't cut it.

I like how bright these headlights are they are very bright and bright even in the daytime even on the lowest lumen setting. The headlight is also made of a strong and high quality. Im glad i bought these headlights as my replacement headlights.

Great light. I thought it was a bad unit when I first got it but contacted CS for NR and they told me how to fix it. I'm giving it 4 stars because it should be good to go out of the box but overall it's a good light and the customer service solved my problem so all is well now

Super bright and durable

I sent this light back to the factory and when they returned it ... it works great. There was a problem with the way they were calculating the remaining battery life. Probably something wrong in the software. The light output is excellent. BTW they may have replaced the battery as part of the fix. Whatever the case, the light is an excellent choice. Just so you know I had previously rated this a 1 star.
