Sweet silly book
A fun and lighthearted read that toddlers love! The simple story and playful illustrations make it perfect for little ones, especially during potty-training stages. It gets lots of giggles and is great for quick storytime.

Adorable pictures. Simple wording encourages care giver and child to interact with the pages. Great color, and very sturdy. My 16month old granddaughter loves the David series.

Easy to read and very enjoyable.
My grandson loves theses books. My daughter in law, has been reading them to him since he was 15 months old. Now his 2 and still enjoys the books. And his name is David.

good pictures but not enough words
My 18 month loves this book but it is very basic in the words. I thought it would be more descriptive and just have more words in general but it doesn't. Pictures are good and i just make up a story based on the pictures- lol ie. baby david dropped his dinner on the dog in the picture, but all it says is "uh-oh!" I normally describe what happed and then say "uh-oh" and point to the words. This book is more about the pictures...

ＮＯ！ＤＡＶＩＤ よりも彼が赤ちゃんだった時のお話。 デイビッドが初めて話した言葉は･･･から始まり 単語の紹介。犬やボール・お風呂。そしてそれに関連したいたずらの 数々。内容はいつもの「やんちゃなデイビッド」を紹介。 最後のママの言葉で お母さんの肩にもたれて眠るデイビッドで終わる、心がほんわか暖かくなるお話です。 単語が並んでいるだけなのですが、書かれている内容を理解するのは 読んであげるお子さんが３歳か４歳ぐらいになりそうです。
