Only downside is the infuser gets hot when you are done steeping the tea but other than that I love the cup

Don't microwave it, I thought that was pretty obvious but my boyfriend tried to heat my tea in the microwave and the bees were sparking lol. Great product, I like that the strainer really allows all the loose tea to be exposed and circulate. I drink a lot of teas that help with different auto immune symptoms throughout the day, and this is the only mug I use at work now. It's also super easy to rinse the strainer clean if you do it immediately. My last diffuser ball was difficult to clean and filter was not as small. So more dregs came through.

Not worth the price
This is the second one I bought in 2 years, the new one is smaller, thinner. And feels cheap with a $10 bump up. Not worth it

Cute cup, leaf strainer came dented on bottom
This cup is adorable. The leaf strainer came a little dented on the bottom corner, still functional but disappointing. The cup is not recommended for dishwasher or microwave.
