For 42 cents a day, the price isn't bad for 500mg of saw palmetto and 100 nettle root. This is one of those supplements that unless you have been taking these already, it will take a bit for your body to see the results. The combination of this supplement should slow bathroom trips and prevent the prostate from swelling. It is believed that saw palmetto may prevent block the absorption of DHT, thereby reducing hair loss. But does it help hair regrowth? Also while this is advertised for men, women can benefit too, as it helps with the urinary tract, regardless of sex, and the nettle root can help with glucose control.

I’m new to saw palmetto. It has several purported benefits. I don’t really have anything that I’m trying to fix with this and am taking it more as a preventative measure, so it’s difficult for me to measure the success. For example, I wasn’t getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night before, and I’m continuing to not do so now. I do tend to pee a lot during the day, but I also drink a lot of water. Hopefully this is doing something useful for me, but who knows. It does seem to be a little more expensive than some others, and the concentration isn’t very high being only 250mg per capsule. I’d rather take fewer pills, and there are plenty of 500mg per capsule brands out there, so I’m not sure why this one has a lower concentration and costs more money. It doesn’t’ seem like a good value. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say about this as I’ve experienced no adverse side effects.

I take this as a preventative, and I love that this Saw Palmetto comes with Nettle, which isn't often the case. So it's a great 2 for the price of 1. I take 2 capsules in the morning, I don't notice any physical changes or side effects, since Saw Palmetto and Nettle typically just work in the background keeping your prostate in healthy shape. It's said that most men should take Saw Palmetto as a preventative. I don't know how early one should start taking it, but I've been taking it since my 30's on and off, then eventually regularly in my 40's.

I was getting up in the night 3 or 4 times. This has helped me sleep threw the night:} Happy with it. It's a capsule. Not a strong smell.

This works as well as any of the saw palmetto products I've used, and better than some.However, it is 120 capsules, but only a 60 day supply for 500 mg per day usage. (my dose is also 500 mg)Made in the USA and third party tested (for what?)The one caveat I see on the bottle is the "As natural as possible" claim. I'm not clear on what that is supposed to mean. Is some part of this impossible to not have be natural?Nonetheless, I tried this and it does work for me, it does reduce the night time excursions to the bathroom, and overall after using saw palmetto for a bit more than a year now, my hair loss has decreased immensely.
