J.C.'s Smoking Wood Chunks - Gallon Sized Bag - Mulberry

I use it in my smoker as well as occasionally using it for finishing wine. I'll be back for more!

They gave off a regular to slightly less smoke then other chunks I’ve used. The aroma was nice. Meat tasted fine. In the future would probably stick to a pecan, cherry, or apple. Thought this might give me an edge but I really couldn’t tell any difference

Was looking for something to replace orange wood since it is nearly impossible to find at reasonable prices anymore. This did the trick. Nice flavor.

I bought a few different smoking "chips" from J.C's. Will have to spend some time to chopping the chunks down into proper sized chips for smoking. The Mulberry was not chipped, but rather cut and chunked limbs more like small blocks.

Absolutely love the flavor it gives the meat. Has a very little hickory taste to it. I’m not a hickory person but I live this flavor.
