Bought the product Feb 2022, very lightly use, and in August 2023 the brush does not scroll anymore. Very difficult to get support for the product and Amazon app tells me “this option in not available for this product”, when I try to get some support.Called Amazon support and what a joke!! All the support they have is a mobile number for the seller and this number is out of service.How can Amazon authorities sellers on their platform without having proper contact details for them?? No email address, no company phone number, no support contact details, simply nothing!!!I spent AED 1,370 on what supposedly is one of the top wireless vacuum cleaners on Amazon page, and after 18 months it is broken with no support. I understand that the warranty will is only one year, but it is clearly mentioned on the product advertisement that this product is supported for life from Dubai for fees after the first year, which is fake information because according to Amazon customer service on the phone, they don’t have any support contact for this seller, other than the mobile number that is out of service. Simply, seller disappeared, thanks Amazon for a great job!!!!
