Yes, peel it off before cutting. It’s to protect it so it does not get scratched up.

Can this be used on a car?

It can be used on a car for decoration, please note the vinyl is translucent with leopard pattern.

is it bubble free lol?

Lol- for the most part, yes. It’s by far my favorite vinyl. So smooth and easy to cut.

What is the best way to transfer this item? I used the transfer tape that came with the set but it was so strong it wouldn’t transfer

Maybe you can have a try to transfer it from back side. 1. Place the transfer sheet above the surface you'd like to transfer from the central to two side. 2. Using squeegee over the design and making sure the transfer tape is adhering to the vinyl tight. 3. Slowly start to peel up your design back side from transfer paper.
