I've chosen this dress to wear as the mother of the bride next August. The size 14 fit me perfectly. It just may need to be shortened a bit. The stretchy fabric is forgiving and extremely comfortable. I'm sure it will be easy to wear all day and evening for the wedding festivities! The ruching on the front looks nice and camouflages any areas you may not want to stand out. Overall I'm very happy with this dress and look forward to wearing it next summer.

This is a beautiful dress. It is very comfortable and long (I’m 6”). I only returned because we decided on a simpler dress for a beach wedding.

This is a highly forgiveable fancy dress. It stretches over every lump and has a flattering slit that gives it a sexy look while still letting you wear your own regular bra and underwear- nothing strapless or stomach smushing. The sequins do fall off and there are some loose threads, but overall it’s a sturdy fabric and that’s good since it’s long enough that even at 5’9” in heels I was dragging the dress. If you’re at an outdoor event, prepare to discover a lot of woodsy debris is attached to the dress by the end of the night. It is a great fabric for wadding up in your carry on and then sliding into right before your party and looking like a solid $900,000 - you don’t want to upstage anyone. I’m very pleased to have this dress in my closet!

This would be a lovely dress for mother of the groom/bride, it was just too large for me

Petite dress fit was true to size. Although I’m 4’10” so would still need hemming which may have been costly due to lace and sequins on the bottom of the dress. This dress appeared Purple. I was looking for more of a Maroon. I also purchased the same dress from a department store in Black. Dress is Beautiful but didn’t keep that one either due to alteration issues. If you are over 5’ and can wear a 2 1/2 - 3” heal this dress would be perfect for you.

The quality was great. The stitching was great. Fit great. The fabric was very pretty not having to worry about wrinkles. It was easy to throw on over my head without any help. BUT the lining stuck on my undergarments and refused to lay smoothly. I had to fight with it after putting it on then again after walking out to show my husband. Fabric choice for the lining needs to change. If that’s a nonissue for you then it’s a great dress!

This was the most amazing dress and I got so many compliments. It was for my son's wedding and people were amazed. I had to hem the front and take in the arm holes. Overall great quality!

Based on the reviews, I bought this dress in wedgewood blue when my first choice didn't work out. I was thrilled with the flattering fit and comfort of this dress. It hid my tummy (I also wore shapewear to minimize my slight tummy bulge). I loved wearing it for my son's special day. I received many compliments and felt beautiful in it as I danced the night away with ease. For me, it is a 10/10. I wore it for a summer wedding but think it could be suitable for anytime of year or formal occasion.

Gorgeous dress beautiful material , size is very true to size , not really suitable for shorter ladies as it just sits of the floor fir me and I’m 5ft 11 !!

I tried 3 other styles here, and this one in particular, is better than expected. I’m 5’2” and have to hem but well worth it. I’m about 132lbs. 36 bust and 29 waist. Ordered Size 6. This dress hugs your body, has stretch to it, and the puckered waist line hides the little-bit of mature mother belly I have left. It’s super comfortable, has some weight to it showing quality. Good quality back zipper. The sequins are well attached. I walked around in it for awhile and had no problems. May have to be carful if planning to wear a bracelet or watch-may catch the sequins.Champagne colour perfect and also much better than others I have tried. Purchased to wear to my daughters upcoming wedding in July. Overall very pleased. Lots of compliments so far from immediate family!

Beautiful dress! Ordered it in the champagne and the navy colour. Both lovely dresses, but only needed one for my sons wedding. Decided on the navy dress. But, I had to order it 3 times before I got a dress that I could keep. First one the zipper hardly worked, got stuck repeatedly before it would zip all the way up and zipper was not sewn in properly so the fabric gathered and made a funny bump that could not be flattened. Second dress the hem was not sewn all the way around the bottom. Third dress, the zipper works properly and after inspecting it carefully I have not found any issues with how it was sewn. It is a beautiful dress and I am looking forward to wearing it for my sons wedding, but I would recommend ordering it well in advance of your event in case the dress you receive has similar issues and you need to reorder. Would have given it 5 stars if it had not been for the multiple returns.
