You can definitely tell when you are using this. After the first couple days expect your jaw to be sore while eating. The different resistances are nice as you can slowly work your way up to the highest one. Easy to use while driving or sitting around watching tv.

I didn't really think this would make that big of a difference. The results are noticeable.

After 14 uses the purple one (highest resistance) split apart at the seam. They replaced it with a new one which split after 10 uses... Considering this, they are wayyyyy overpriced.
