Helping Lower My Risk of Further Injury
I've dislocated both of my shoulders multiple times, and during a variety of activities (falls, swimming, throwing, and most recently in training martial arts). Although I've undergone physical therapy on serveral occasions, I still suffer from periodic 'partial' dislocations, where (thankfully) the shoulder will go back into place on its own. I am grateful that in my case, physical training and strengthening helps speed up recovery to the extent that I am quickly able to return to my active lifestyle. With that said, I decided to seek additional tools (in this case, purchasing a brace).I am very active, and rather than stop training (as I had following some of the first of my shoulder injuries), I found that I need to continue training, but much smarter. I took the advice of a therapist to wear a brace while undergoing certain activities (in my case, training Brazilian jiujitsu). Thus, I only wear the brace during those training sessions, and in my case, have not found it necessary to do so in other situations. How the shoulder brace has helped me:-The brace (I wear one on each shoulder) definitely provides more stability to my shoulders-The use of the product helps minimize the low levels of pain that I feel from time to time-The product is rather easy to wear, adjust, and clean-It seems to be of good quality material and constructionRelevant therepist advice given to me regarding the use of braces for dislocated joints:-The brace should be supplemental to proper strengthening and rehabilitation of the injured joint. In other words, wearing a brace will not do the work for you regarding the need to strengthen all of the stabalizing muscles, ligaments, and tendons that hold the shoulder in place. I still am trying to find the proper strength-training protocol to once-and-for-all minimize--ideally--prevent further injury.-Though the brace has provided me with physical support (and psychological confidence) of my shoulders, I still need to train carefully by way of not becoming complacent in my shoulder stability--or lack thereof. That is to say, one could still be injured despite wearing a brace.I compared many different braces, and found this one to be a great combination of reasonable price, strong customer ratings, appropriate materials (quick-drying for moderate / high levels of intensity in my training), and ease of use.For full disclosure, I purchased these braces on my own at full retail price. I am providing this review at the request of the seller, and am happy to do so. Best of luck!

SupTrust is one company that lives up to its name (Superb + Trustable)
I purchased a Shoulder Stability Support Brace to stabilize my shoulder. I was aware that SupTrust shoulder braces promote compression-based healing. After reading the reviews on Amazon, StyleCraze, MSN Lifestyle, and other websites, I felt confident in my selection. The SupTrust shoulder brace was the brace for me.Anyone living with shoulder pain understands that everything you do, every movement you make your shoulders are activated. And so is the pain.I was anxious to get the brace and found one totally by chance at a local store. Lesson learned buy only from SupTrust Amazon store. When I bought my brace from a third party vendor, there was a hardware issue. The seller NOT SupTrust refused to address my problem. However, when I reached out to SupTrust, I received stellar assistance from the customer service department.Jessica, the team member who assisted me, responded quickly. She was positive, patient, and helpful. To be clear, SupTrust was not at fault; the issue I experienced resulted from a third-party vendor. I explained my situation to Jessica, clearly outlining that this was not her companies problem. She surprised me by going above and beyond. She provided an excellent solution to my problem.Sure enough, my SupTrust shoulder brace is every bit as good as the reviewers said it would be. It's an extremely comfortable brace to wear, and it offers terrific support. It's made from quality materials, and the binding stitching bordering the brace is exceptional."Feel Better, Live Better!" That's the SupTrust motto. With a quality brace to support the healing process, that's exactly what I plan to do.

Back brace works well
I bought this back brace because I’ve had back surgeries and I’m weak in the core area and I had hip surgery so I needed some more support but it would help me walk better. The brace is fine. It’s a little bulky but it does feel supportive when you put it on Can be adjusted to different sizes. I would say the most important thing that I would have against it is the bulk of it. I wish it was a little slimmer but I’m sure to be able to support you the way it does it Needs to be made this way I can wear it undershirts and things so it doesn’t have to be over your clothes that can go on your clothes too and it is supportive. I’ll wear it sometimes for a few hours if I’m out doing yardwork or if I know I’m going to be going out and about I like I went to some museum visit for the day I knew I was gonna be walking a lot so I use it it can get warm so I wouldn’t advise doing that out in the summer time for a long time cause you’ll be sweating

Stays cold
This is good quality and helps with rotator cuff pain post surgery.

Works great, helped me recover quicker
It took a couple days to get it adjusted just right. I got the universal, and I recommend it for anyone with biceps under 14 inch circumference. There is a flat Velcro tape that holds the lower arm sleeve together (to adjust) that is very irritating to the skin IF you can't get the neoprene to overlap due to large biceps (I just wore the brace over a tee shirt). The cross strap is not uncomfortable if you wear it correctly and don't overtighten. My physical therapist helped me adjust mine and my progress to recovery of a torn biceps and a/c joint injury is weeks ahead of where the doctor expected due to the brace helping me to not use the shoulder in ways I shouldn't (y es, it kept me from some movements, but that's the point). Quality material. I can get it on and off by myself easily. I've hand washed it and let it air dry without it falling apart. Performs well and gives me comfort.
